Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General rules

All course bookings at FX Makeup School are subject to this refund policy.

2. Refund eligibility

Full refund

Available within 14 days after booking, provided the course has not started.

Partial refund

50% refund up to 30 days before course start date

No refund

Less than 30 days before course start
After course has started (no refund allowed)

3. Course commencement

Once the course begins, no refunds are possible under any circumstances, unless individually approved by Proteus Lab s.r.o.

4. Exceptional cases

Refunds or exceptions may be granted individually in cases such as:

Serious illness
Emergency situations
Visa issues or travel restrictions

All exceptions are subject to approval.

5. Transfer of booking

Students may transfer their booking to another person if:

FX Makeup School is informed in advance
The replacement participant meets course requirements (18+)
