1. General information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses and services provided by:

2. Eligibility
All students must be 18 years or older to participate in any FX Makeup School course.
3. Course booking
A booking is confirmed once payment is received in full or as a deposit (if applicable).
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary.
4. Payments
We accept:
- WooCommerce payments
- GoPay
- Bank transfer
All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Course changes
FX Makeup School reserves the right to:
- Adjust course schedules
- Modify instructors
- Change course structure if necessary while maintaining quality
7. Student conduct
Students are expected to:
- Respect instructors and other participants
- Follow safety instructions in the studio
- Handle materials and equipment responsibly
We reserve the right to remove any participant in case of serious misconduct (without refund).
8. Intellectual property
All teaching materials, methods, and content remain the property of Proteus Lab s.r.o. and may not be copied or distributed.
9. Liability
Students participate in courses at their own risk. FX Makeup School is not liable for:
- Minor injuries in studio environment
- Misuse of materials or tools
- Personal property loss
10. Newsletter & marketing
By subscribing, users agree to receive email updates. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

All personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
